Sales Associate – Membership Sales & Community Outreach

iFlex Stretch Studios | Novi, Michigan

About the Opportunity

We're launching our first iFlex Stretch Studio in Novi, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to help us build something special.

This isn't your typical front-desk sales job. We're building a team that gets out into the community, makes things happen, celebrates wins, and genuinely enjoys helping people improve their health and wellness.

You'll be part of our founding team, helping introduce iFlex to Novi, Northville, and the surrounding communities. You'll connect with prospective members, build relationships, generate excitement, and turn those conversations into memberships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive membership sales. Connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, explain the value of iFlex, and confidently ask for their business.
• Get on the phone. Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, book appointments, and keep conversations moving forward.
• Get out into the community. Participate in presale events, fitness events, pop-ups, and local partnerships to introduce people to iFlex.
• Turn interest into action. Help prospective members experience our services and find the membership or package that fits their goals.
• Build lasting relationships. Create connections that encourage customer satisfaction, referrals, and long-term membership retention.
• Own your results. Work toward individual and team sales goals, track your activity, and take pride in your performance.
• Support the team. Help with scheduling, customer service, studio operations, and creating an outstanding member experience.

Experience in sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful. Membership or subscription sales experience is a plus.

Prior fitness industry experience isn't required. We'll teach you our services, systems, and sales approach. You bring the attitude, energy, and determination.

Training & Growth

You'll receive training in iFlex services, membership programs, sales techniques, CRM technology, and customer experience.

You'll work closely with our Studio Manager and founding team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as our Novi studio grows and we expand to additional locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$18 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
• 10% commission on the first month's membership payment and eligible personal sales of packages and retail products.
• Additional performance bonuses for high achievers.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs and availability.
• Strong participation in presale campaigns, community events, and promotional activities is an important part of this role.
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
