General Laborer - Construction

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support construction projects in a physically demanding work environment. This role involves assisting with site cleanup, material handling, loading and unloading supplies, operating basic hand and power tools, and supporting skilled trades as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in hot, dusty, dirty, and fast-paced conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Perform site cleanup and debris removal
• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other trades
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
