Education & Experience

• Minimum six months experience in a physician's office or medical support role preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills essential for documentation and clinic workflows.
• Knowledge of age-specific physiological and psychosocial patient needs.
• Experience with triage, ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding is beneficial.
• Physical demands include standing, stooping, reaching, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to handle exposure to blood or infectious materials safely.
• Capable of working effectively under mental and physical stress.
