What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate A Positive Attitude – Because being a grump is no fun! One Team Mentality – We believe teamwork makes the dream work. Player Focus – You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be. Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment – Keeping calm when things are crowded is where you shine. Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment – This is a plus, not a requirement. What You Will Do In The Role Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players maximize their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear. Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying the retail area to offering guidance. Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant. Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Keep on your feet most of the day, enjoying walking throughout your shift. Engage in varied physical tasks with a can‑do attitude. Maintain endurance in a high‑volume environment.
