Location Poughkeepsie, NY (On Site) Hours M-F 9:30 am to 6 pm Salary $166,400 Overview Of Primary Responsibilities Assess participants utilizing the Clinical Component Provide medical services (medication assessment, lab work, prescriptions, etc.) Coordinate and collaborate with medical providers (primary care physicians, specialists, etc.), crisis assessment and management (behavioral and medical) Complete all required documentation Provide education to individuals, their families and other service providers, as well as to staff.
