Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory seeks an Assistant Store Manager in California to support daily store operations and partner with the Store Manager to coach a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, oversee staffing, training, inventory control, and ensure food safety and POS operations while aiming for sales and profitability goals.
