Role Description As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, evaluating their needs, and guiding them through the hard money lending process. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing financial qualifications, recommending loan options, and ensuring a smooth application process. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals while representing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the real estate investment market and hard money lending practices Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients Detail-oriented mindset to manage loan applications and maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines Proficiency with financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and basic office software Previous experience in real estate, lending, or financial services is a plus Holding a relevant Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker license is advantageous Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Other Job Function Finance and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cactus Capital by 2x.
