Objectives Preparing, reviewing, revising, and managing court filings Maintaining rigorous tracking and docketing of court deadlines Ensuring compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements Assisting with document organization, digital filing systems, and case management Communicating and preparing correspondence with clients and opposing counsel Assisting attorneys with trial and deposition preparation, reports, and administrative case needs Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program Approximately 2 years of litigation experience Dynamic, high performer with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative and operate independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization and time-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, and Mac operating systems Competitive market-based compensation based on experience Eligible for year-end bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
