Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and responsibility reflective of professional expectations with minimal supervision. Triages patients safely, rapidly and accurately upon entry to the emergency care system. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow. Communicates with Emergency Department physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology and diagnostic study results. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Compensation: $33.00 - $45.00 hourly. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Indiana registered nurse licensure. Current BCLS, ACLS and PALS certification. Experience with TNCC within 2nd year. Successful completion of arrhythmia course. Basic computer knowledge. Comments Eligible for the Choose Southern Indiana Program, offering $5,000 to recent college graduates (within 6 months) from within Indiana or experienced workers from out-of-state who relocate and gain employment.
