Available Shifts: Full-time and part-time

Acv Legado is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to support our retail partners in San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, branding, and customer engagement . Fully paid training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

*Assist customers in retail stores by selecting wireless products, devices, and service options

*Provide clear and friendly customer support and answer product-related questions

*Learn and communicate current promotions, product features, and upgrade options

*Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records

*Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals

*Maintain product knowledge to deliver an excellent customer experience

*Uphold a professional, welcoming retail environment

Qualifications

*Strong communication and customer service skills

*Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn

*Ability to workweekends if needed

*Comfortable interacting with customers in a sales environment

*Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

*Able to legally consent to a background check

* Reliable transportation or a consistent means of commuting
