About the Role:
As the CSR, you'll be at the heart of our front office operations. Your role is crucial in making a positive first impression on our clients, embodying the friendliness and professionalism our hospital is known for. We're seeking someone who is personable, responsible, and honest, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping both people and pets.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Client Interaction: Efficiently manage phone calls and assist clients, ensuring all inquiries are met with kindness and competence.
• Scheduling: Organize appointments with precision, helping our hospital run as smoothly as possible.
• Medication and Prescription Diets: Handle medication refills and prescription diet requests under the vet's guidance, contributing to the health and happiness of our patients.
• Greeting Clients: Offer a warm welcome to clients and their pets, making them feel comfortable and valued.
• Software Proficiency: If you're familiar with Sheperd, that's a plus, but not a necessity. The ability to quickly learn and master all softwares is required.
• Animal Handling: Occasionally assist with gentle animal handling and care tasks.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Help keep our hospital tidy with regular cleaning tasks.
• Kennel Assistance: Help to maintain cleanliness for our canine guests by cleaning kennels, occasional dog walking and interaction with boarders.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in the veterinary field, highlighting your commitment to animal care. Veterinary assistant skills are a plus including TPR's and restraint.
