The MedTech/Caregiver plays a vital role within a small team of 1-5 caregivers, providing compassionate and comprehensive support to patients. This position involves delivering routine patient care on a shift-based 24/7 schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight hours. The caregiver ensures patient comfort and safety through medication assistance, personal hygiene support, and mobility aid.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine patient care in a compassionate manner
- Assist patients with medication management and administration
- Support personal hygiene and grooming needs
- Assist patients with mobility and physical movement
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in caregiving
- First Aid and CPR certification
- MedTech knowledge and skills
- Level two background check clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
