About the Role: Airbnb is looking for a Staff Business Solutions Engineer to join our Collaboration Products team. You will be responsible for leading business enablement by utilizing technical skills and deep understanding of SaaS technologies to deliver a streamlined, cloud-based collaboration stack. As AI continues to transform enterprise productivity, you will play a key role in integrating AI-driven solutions across our global employee base to enhance creativity and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Serve as a strategic liaison between business groups and technology, aligning tech capabilities with strategic vision.
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma).
Lead business requirements gathering and analyze processes to incorporate AI-driven technology solutions.
Collaborate with technical leads to translate requirements into technical designs, including AI-enhanced workflows.
Manage the product development lifecycle, including UAT approvals, sprint planning, and system configuration.
Document and prioritize enhancements and bug fixes, specifically focusing on self-service knowledge repositories and "shift-left" initiatives.

What You Bring

9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used for internal employee collaboration.
Deep proficiency in Jira Cloud; familiarity with Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, and Airtable is a strong advantage.
Strong background in business requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and data diagrams.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise collaboration tools.
Exceptional analytical and system design skills with a track record of seeing tasks through to completion.
Experience working with self-service support tools in a high-growth environment.

Benefits

Annual salary range: $168,000 — $210,000 USD.
