Quality Control Inspector - Day Shift - Monday to Thursday (8am - 6pm) Fort Worth, Texas, United States US Conec, Ltd. Overview We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our day shift team and support incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts. In this role, you’ll ensure components meet engineering and quality standards through precise inspection and documentation, support warehouse operations, perform first‑article inspections, and provide cross‑departmental assistance. Key Responsibilities Pull inspection samples based on predetermined inspection frequency. Visually examine samples for physical concerns as outlined in the Standard Process Instructions. Document concerns in the Quality Advisement system and notify relevant parties. Aid in running containment for quality concerns as needed. Use the Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold until further disposition. Education & Skills High school diploma or equivalent education/experience. Ability to follow simple instructions in standardized situations. Balance team and individual responsibilities, show objectivity, openness, and receptivity to feedback. Basic computer skills preferred. Effective communication and collaboration in group settings. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
