Salary: $140K-$180K (based on experience).Requirements:Must have New York RN licenseMust have current Director of Nursing experience in long term careMust have excellent leadership skillsMust have strong clinical background and knowledgeMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Supervises all nursing staff in the facilityDevelopment and implementation of nursing policy and procedureOverseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staffEnsuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain currentOverseeing nursing employee conductBeing knowledgeable of incidents at the facilityAssessing the health needs of each resident#1999
