Health & Benefits ConsultantWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Health team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Atlanta and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As the Health & Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of employee benefits for our clients. In this dynamic position, you will perform in-depth analyses for larger, complex clients, collaborating with Mercer subject matter experts to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
