Medical Billing, Coding and Compliance Coordinator

Every Child Pediatrics, a mission-driven Colorado nonprofit, seeks a Medical Billing, Coding and Compliance Coordinator to support accurate, compliant revenue cycle operations for pediatric care. In this role, you will manage billing workflows, ensure precise CPT/ICD-10 coding, and oversee adherence to Medicaid, commercial payer, and regulatory requirements. You’ll perform audits, resolve denials, and collaborate with providers and clinic staff to strengthen documentation.
