About this position Cook - Food Services Department Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time cook to join our food services team. We are committed to providing high-quality dining experiences for our residents, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for excellent food preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and residents’ preferences Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to maintain quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in preparing and cooking fine quality food, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work various shifts as needed At Grand Villa of Delray Beach, we foster a warm, supportive environment that values growth and teamwork.
