4 Nickerson Street, Suite 300 Seattle, WA 98109 Position Overview Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with eating disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient higher level of care (HLOC) setting. Schedule Full Time Position (32 hours/week) Rotating Day and Evening Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Evening Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Compensation $43.00 - $47.00/hour Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position. Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and intervene to address clients' health concerns Provide medication management, including education, adherence assessment, administration in the inpatient and residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with providers Assist and support medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination Provide medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed Serve as a staff resource for client medical needs and information Partner with the treatment team to create an appropriate treatment plan for each client Qualifications Current Registered Nurse License in Washington Valid driver's license and authorization to drive Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hiring Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting Benefits For full‑time employees we offer a comprehensive benefits package including: HSA and PPO insurance with HSA or FSA options (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Vision insurance (EyeMed) Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance Company‑paid life insurance Company 401(k) matching up to 50% of the employee’s contribution, up to 6% of compensation Paid time off is a crucial part of work‑life balance.
