Associate Manager PT under 20 hours

Job Description As part of our Retail team, the Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture. Display a good sense of initiative, planning and prioritizing, strategic thinking, and champion change effectively. Take pride in work, strive for excellence, and meet deadlines for all assigned tasks. Coach and develop store associates through training, role‑play, and feedback; support the Store Manager with quarterly goal‑setting. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form, adapting style to superiors, peers, and team members; remain calm and deescalate situations. Maintain payroll accuracy by managing personal timecards; complete Tumi University Training; adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and client services are delivered through client books, thank‑you cards, and event strategies. Qualifications Deep passion for the TUMI brand, lifestyle, and product assortment. Strong sales and client experience in luxury retail; proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI achievement. Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds and use ladders. Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
