What You’ll Do Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ independence, safety, and daily function Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team‑focused therapy culture Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction What You’ll Bring Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standing A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset A commitment to providing thoughtful, high‑quality care Why This Role Feels Different This is more than just a position: it’s an opportunity to grow within a therapy program that values connection, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
