Principal Product Manager, Digital Acceleration

Salary: $179,900 - 243,400 per year Requirements:

• We require a track record of owning roadmap strategy and defining product direction.

• We own the product vision and roadmap for accounting automation across our digital subscription ecosystem.
• We translate customer insights and business priorities into a sequenced 1–3 year strategy.
• We align cross-functionally with 35+ digital client teams, UX, engineering, and legal to deliver standardized capabilities with targeted customization where it adds customer value.
• We partner with UX to design best-in-class interface enhancements for Amazon.com and mShop.
• We define detailed product requirements and work closely with multiple engineering organizations to speed delivery of post-purchase management experiences.
• We resolve technical dependencies and help ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
• We make disciplined trade-off decisions using customer experience principles and business metric guardrails, escalating when necessary.
• We drive adoption of reusable UI components, display-ready APIs, and standardized workflows to improve scalability and shorten deployment cycles.
• We influence senior leadership goals and shape multi-year roadmaps across strategic digital businesses.
