Supervisor Quality Control

Regeneron seeks a Quality Control Supervisor in Rensselaer, New York to oversee laboratory testing and data review for drug products and stability samples. The role involves supervising QC staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting the company's quality assurance program on a first-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC staff, assign workload, and monitor progress against deadlines
• Generate and review test results for release products and stability samples; report anomalies
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and participate in equipment qualifications
• Provide floor guidance to analysts and support laboratory investigations
• Write and review standard operating procedures; maintain training and performance records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years progressive quality control experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance knowledge
• Understanding of cGMP standards and regulatory compliance

Compensation: $78,700-$128,700 base annually
