A copy of the candidate's unexpired driver's license must be included with the submission. Licensing hits must be disclosed at the time of submission. A radiation badge is required and should be provided by the agency; the facility will not provide one. Dress code allows any solid pants and an appropriately printed or solid scrub top. Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract.
