Job Overview: We are seeking an all around male or female housekeeper to organize and maintain our townhouse in Manhattan. There is another apartment in the building and they have some interest in hiring you also for a separate job. We are 3 quiet adults, an elderly couple with an adult son. We have 2 little dogs who do not shed. Details: Our apartment in the townhouse has 4 bedrooms but we mostly only use 2 of them. There are a lot of stairs so you must be able to carry things such as the vacuum cleaner, groceries, laundry, trash, etc. up and down them without harm to yourself. We need but are not limited to someone who can do laundry and ironing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, general room cleaning, dishes cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, windows, serving dinner and terrace cleaning. We provide all cleaning products which are mostly natural. We are near the #6 local train in Midtown Manhattan. The best-possible service provider would have over two years of experience but it isn't crucial to work with us. We prefer someone who has a take charge personality and can work without constant supervision. We would like the housekeeper to work from 3 pm to 9 pm but we will consider fewer hours if necessary.
