Sewing SupervisorThe Sewing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the sewing department during 1st shift. This role ensures production targets are achieved, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are strictly followed. The supervisor provides leadership to sewing operators, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.The Sewing Supervisor will report to the Sewing ManagerThis position will be based in Hialeah, FLEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Shift Management: Direct and coordinate sewing team activities to meet production schedules and maintain workflow. Coordinate handoff with other supervisors.
