As the brand ambassador, the Café Assistant Manager is responsible for developing the crew that serves customers with unparalleled hospitality while aligning with our culture and values of the brand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure that profit goals are met.Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.Presents a consistent and professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials.
