Club F&B Manager - Lead Service & Guest Experience

Role Overview As one of our Food & Beverage Managers at Snake River Sporting Club, you are the face and host of the dining experience, working hands‑on alongside your team to deliver high‑end service and training. Key Responsibilities Operate and oversee the Restaurants. Train and schedule staff. Assist with inventory, ordering, check‑in and pricing. Maintain knowledge of Club activities and amenities. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, regardless of time. Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction. Requirements 3‑5 years of food and beverage service industry experience. Excellent leadership, delegation, and prioritization skills. Ability to work any hours/days on a rotating shift basis. Strong communication and professional presentation. Strong hospitality skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Benefits and Offer Competitive salary.
