You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilanceDriving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. You will apply for a "Bias for Action," promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems. This includes identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well-informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.Team Leadership & Development: Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high performing, winning teams and investing in their growth.
