Job Description
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to lead the field execution of hyperscale data center projects in Spur and Haskell, TX. This role requires a full-time on-site presence and involves being the point of accountability for day-to-day construction operations.
Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of large-scale data center construction.
• Manage the schedule, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Coordinate closely with the design team, client, and inspectors.
• Drive subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to milestones.
• Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and field coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting the schedule or budget.

Essential Skills

• 8-15+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong familiarity in mission-critical, data center, or large industrial builds.
• Experience managing large-scale, fast-track projects.
• Proven leadership on-site with the ability to drive teams and hold accountability.
• Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost controls, and field coordination.
• Comfortable operating in a high-visibility, high-demand client environment.

Work Environment
This position requires a full-time presence on-site in Spur, TX or Haskell, TX. The project involves the construction of ground-up hyperscale data centers, with two buildings per site, each approximately 805,000 square feet and 204 MW per building. The construction timeline spans from July 2026 to December 2028.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $120.00/hr.
