This role is more than supervision—it is a ministry opportunity to walk alongside young people, model a life of faith, and help guide them toward spiritual, emotional, and personal growth. The Direct Care Team member serves as a steady, godly presence in the daily lives of students, offering consistency, accountability, and encouragement within a structured, faith-based environment. Requirements Qualifications:

• A clear testimony of faith and evidence of spiritual maturity
• Full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
• Understanding of Christian discipleship and a heart for mentoring youth
• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to complete 30 hours of childcare or related training (provided by NHCA)
• Commitment to maintain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)
• Able to Pass a Background Check to work with Adolescence

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree
• Minimum of one year of full-time ministry or relevant life experience in mentoring, discipleship, or youth work
