Location: Delaware, OH

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Assignment Length: 4 months with potential for extension; possible temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Job Description

Sam Dong is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator/Assistant to support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and employee-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

• Schedule and coordinate plant tours

• Assist with training coordination and tracking

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Handle confidential employee information with discretion

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience with UKG is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
