Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students in a dynamic educational environment as a skilled Audiologist. This on-site position, based primarily at Mission Academy near Schertz, TX, provides the unique opportunity to serve a diverse PK–12 student population across a cluster of campuses. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, working 15–20 hours per week over 2 to 3 days, helping students overcome barriers to learning through your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing direct audiological services to approximately 50 students districtwide
• Collaborating with itinerant teachers and support staff to deliver testing, troubleshooting, and fittings for hearing aids
• Managing most services at the home base campus, while occasionally visiting other schools for consultations
• Coordinating closely with district staff for smooth scheduling and student support

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Audiology
• At least 5 years of experience in school-based or equivalent settings
• ASHA certification (waiver available for eligible candidates)
• Texas state license for both audiology practice and hearing aid fitting/repair
• Successful completion of required state exam
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background check per district policy
