The Role: Clinical Director As Clinical Director, you’ll guide both the medical quality of the hospital and the culture of the team. You’ll work closely with our Hospital Manager to create a supportive, communicative, and growth-focused environment. About Our Hospital Team: 1 HM | 2 DVMs | 2 RVTs | 3 VAs | 2 CSRs Equipment: Groveway Pet Hospital is a modern, well-equipped facility featuring: Diagnostic ultrasound (including AFAST) Digital x-ray Full in-house Idexx lab suite Comprehensive surgical capabilities including BOAS, enucleations, cystotomies, and advanced dentistry What You Bring: Bring 4+ years of clinical experience (mentorship or leadership experience is a plus) Have strong surgical and diagnostic chops, with particular interest in surgery, dentistry, or ultrasound Lead with confidence and compassion, and value open communication and healthy team dynamics Approach challenges with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit Want to build something meaningful in a tight-knit Bay Area community without the San Francisco cost of living Your Opportunity To Lead And Shape The Future This is more than a leadership role.
