Machine Operators
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Machine Operators for a plastics facility in Lima, OH. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding or extrusion) and meeting all production, quality and safety requirements.
Duties:
- Efficient operation of machines and other associated equipment to successfully produce plastic products according to specification
- Follow safety procedures
- Quality checks
- Set up, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and processes
This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All Production and Assembly are offered competitive compensation of $20.50-$21.50 per hour for Machine Operators. Generous referral and attendance bonuses!
Schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation, 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM.
Requirements for Machine Operators:
- Previous blow molding, plastic injection molding, or extrusion experience
- Job requires lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience preferred
- This is a resume-based role, minimum of 1-2 years at each employer, experience in a plastics facility a must
