Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching
• Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations
• Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50- and 80-minute formats
• Perform paid enhancement services and add-on treatments
• Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Colorado health and safety standards
• Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience
• Expand your massage modalities through paid training and continuing education

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Colorado
• Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed-upon schedule and service limits.

Compensation

Typical earnings: $1270 to $1950/Week.

Compensation is based on schedule availability and commitment, with higher earning opportunities available for greater flexibility.

• Approximately 24 hours worked per week: $1,270 in gross weekly compensation
• Approximately 34 hours worked per week: $1,950 in gross weekly compensation

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

The more scheduling flexibility you bring, the more you can earn. Your sign-on bonus is based on your schedule commitment and is paid in quarterly installments as you remain actively employed and continue with your agreed-upon schedule.
