Operations Manager

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends, overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and client satisfaction in our commercial cleaning company. Responsibilities Supervise and lead cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and provide feedback to improve team performance. Serve as the primary contact for subcontractors and key clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues. Perform site visits and inspections to assess service quality and identify improvements. Handle multiple tasks under pressure effectively. Conduct audits, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology to enhance service quality and efficiency. Provide training on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols to minimize accidents. Qualifications Operations Management or related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
