Airbnb, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the AirCover Insurance Platform, focused on globally scalable insurance services.
You will lead a senior/staff engineering team to enable region-by-region launches, configurable pricing and enrollment, and a rigorous experimentation engine that drives attach rates. You will partner with Product, Legal, Data Science, and Finance to execute a multi-year platform roadmap.
