Responsibilities Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities: Peraton is seeking a junior Campaign Manager to contribute to the design, planning, and execution of strategic communications campaigns. The Campaign Manager will support senior team members in developing campaign products, coordinating stakeholder activities, and applying strategic frameworks to operational planning. The ideal candidate has experience in communications or strategic communications operations and the ability to perform within a team in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities of this role include: Contributing to the design and planning of strategic communications campaigns under the direction of senior Campaign Managers, supporting the application of strategic frameworks and data-driven methodologies; Drafting components of Campaign Management Briefs for senior review and Sponsor approval; Supporting stakeholder engagement and coordination activities to facilitate integration of capabilities into campaign execution; Assisting in the development of formal written products and briefing materials for Sponsor leadership; Maintaining familiarity with Sponsor processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations. *This position is contingent upon award of contract * Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. TS/SCI with Poly required. Two (2) years of experience contributing to communications activities; i.e., account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, and/or journalism; OR Two (2) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or strategic communications operations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or other related communications discipline. Experience supporting a wholistic integrated/multi-channel communications campaign, on behalf of the Sponsor. Familiarity with the Client's processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations. Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
