Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post month-end journal entries accurately and within established deadlines
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls
Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and ad hoc accounting requests

What You'll Bring

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
Working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and formulas
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, or Sage Fixed Assets
Familiarity with IBM i / AS400 environments
SQL knowledge
Multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction accounting experience
CPA designation or progress toward CPA
