Position Overview Title: Limited Term Senior Research Associate (Caughy) Department: VPR-Owens Institute for Behavioral Research Location: Athens, GA Type: Part‑time (Non‑Exempt, FLSA) Schedule: 19 hours per week Salary: $26.32 per hour Start Date: 12/08/2025 Closing Date: 11/17/2025 (open until filled) Responsibilities Imputation of data sets using PcAux in R, selecting appropriate methods and evaluating quality. Tracking and troubleshooting participant incentives across research projects. Developing and maintaining R scripts for geocoding participant addresses. Responding to collaborator requests for imputed data, ensuring dataset integrity. Documenting procedures for transparency and reproducibility. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience. Strong knowledge of R programming. Deep understanding of advanced statistical methodology and independent decision‑making. Experience with data imputation using PcAux or similar tools. Ability to evaluate data requests, create datasets, and assess data integrity. Benefits Position is grant‑funded for five years (through 2029). Extension contingent on funding availability.
