About the Organization We are The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center located in Pasadena's beautiful Brookside Park, just south of the famous Rose Bowl Stadium. The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and world-class aquatics facility that offers year round aquatic and fitness programming to children, youth, families and seniors, so that we can ensure that all generations can achieve the benefits of healthy living habits, regular exercise, and sports training. OUR MISSION Promoting community and well-being through water safety, aquatic programs, and competition. Description This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of safety for all members and program participants by prevention and response to emergencies within the facility. Compliance and enforcement of Center standards, policies, and procedures is mandatory. Provision of quality customer service must occur daily as well as performing daily maintenance duties that ensure a safe and clean environment. We offer flexible work hours from 5 a.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m. year round. Lifeguard certification classes are available at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center.
