Senior Helpers - League City Caregiver PositionSenior Helpers - League City is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide in-home care services to seniors in League City, Texas. This is a part-time, hourly position with a weekly schedule of 15-30 hours. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home.Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.5 per hour with the opportunity for overtime and flexible scheduling. Our caregivers are also eligible for paid time off, as well as ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and career growth.Responsibilities:Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingSupport with meal planning, preparation, and feedingAssist with light housekeeping and laundryAdminister medication remindersProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsReport any changes in client's condition to the Care ManagerMaintain accurate and thorough documentation of services providedRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in caregiving or a related field is preferredMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow a care planMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseEEOC Statement: Senior Helpers - League City is an equal opportunity employer.
