Who You Are

• 2–3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
• A solid grasp of healthcare dynamics or the eagerness to learn; we provide the coaching you need
• Expert in managing client relationships and adept at closing offers
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided)
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to create something significant
