AI / Mission Modeling and Automated Test Engineer

Salary Range: $84,137 - $120,000Develop and integrate AI‑enabled capabilities that enhance Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), automated testing and analysis for tactical systems and subsystems of Navy platforms such as F/A-18 and F-35. Essential Job Functions:Support Digital Engineering efforts and develop automated test capabilitiesDevelop and integrate AI-driven test vector and analysis toolsExecute software life-cycle processes including requirements analysis, architecture definition, software design, code and test of the development of automated system testing capabilityCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate models, data flows, and automation and support lab-based test and integration activitiesContribute to compliance tools, documentation, and briefings. Participate in mission analysis activities, and mission modeling integration discussionsRequired Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Secret Security Clearance, SAP eligible.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.Experience developing or applying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or production environmentsMinimum of 2 years in Python or related coding languageStrong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaborationInitiative, creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to work with others on the teamDesired Skills:Background in systems engineering or automated test frameworksKnowledge of Graph DatabaseExperience developing AI/ML methods and analyticsExperience integrating MBSE models with test tooling and/or understanding of MBSE technologies (such as Cameo) and processesPrior experience with MBSE methodologies, development and test processes is desirable.
