Position Overview We provide PT, OT, ST services in post-acute settings and are looking for talented, dynamic clinicians with passion to join our team. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and federal and state guidelines. Responsibilities Direct and supervise patient care and treatment planning. Screen, evaluate, and provide therapy to patients. Develop and document treatment plans and progress reports. Educate families and provide documentation. Act as advocate for current prospective patients. Coordinate cross‑disciplinary care and participate in quality assurance and customer service activities. Qualifications Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology. Licensure or certification required by state guidelines. CPR Certification. 1 year experience in Speech/Language Pathology preferred. 1-2 years experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
