Collections Specialist

LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day high-volume collections processes for all accounts within the assigned portfolio; Meet targets in collections such as aging of accounts receivable and collection activity volume; Review accounts daily and communicate troubled accounts and escalate potential risk to Manager; Lead periodic AR review meetings with Service Centers; Account reconciliations and reviewing, researching, and submitting issues with customer billing discrepancies and adjustments to the Billing department
