Reporting to the Executive Director you will oversee the entire property, including operations and maintenance, and ensure that everything is functioning for the 20 residents living on the premises. This will include overseeing staff and independent contractors, purchasing supplies, processing invoices and more. To be a good fit for the Facilities Manager opportunity, you will have: A bachelor's degree (ideally)or equivalent, relevant experience. 3+ years of supervisory experience is required. Strong, verifiable experience in service-based roles in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, property management, administrative/office management, etc. A quality orientation, high degree of empathy, and a customer-service mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team player approach. This position requires a valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
