RN Clinic Supervisor: Atrium Specialty Clinic About this position: The RN Clinic Supervisor supports clinic and outpatient functions of the Acute Care Surgery (ACS) and Weight Management clinics. Plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates operations within the assigned scope of responsibility. Exercises leadership and advocates in a positive manner for patients and families, staff, services, and enterprise goals and objectives. Schedules and coordinates services and work assignments daily to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Achieves assigned clinical, financial, or productivity objectives in alignment with department and enterprise goals using assigned resources. Monitors and reports daily operational metrics and addresses as appropriate. Supports orientation and training of new staff and participates in performance evaluation, including reward or remediation as indicated. Assures continuous improvement through ongoing mentoring, coaching and performance assessment. Provides customer‑focused, team‑centered service delivery. Resolves problems and conflicts. Maintains open and accessible communication systems. Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an accredited school of nursing. Experience: 3 years nursing experience, strongly preferred in a clinic setting. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, organization and management skills. Previous occupational health knowledge, if required for a specific site. Job Details Work Group: Non Contract Hours per two‑week pay period: 80 Shift: Days 8 hours Call Requirement: None Location: On‑site FLSA Status: Exempt Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits available for this position. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility. Salary Range: $44.91 - $67.37 per hour, based on experience. Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
