Our estimating team is the engine behind our growth, and we're looking for a Senior Estimator who brings the skill, precision, and drive to help us win complex industrial and bridge projects. What You'll Do Prepare accurate, competitive structural steel estimates for industrial and bridge projects Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand and capture project scope Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for fabrication and supply of structural steel Coordinate sub-supplier quotes, purchase orders, and contracts — including scope, pricing, and schedules Track and manage design changes and project revisions throughout the bid lifecycle Prepare change order pricing and proposal documentation Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy at every stage What We're Looking For Proven experience estimating structural steel fabrication projects — industrial and/or bridge experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of heavy fabrication processes and structural steel materials Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications Working knowledge of detailing and erection fit-up considerations Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball Clear, confident communicator with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Self-starter who takes ownership and works well with minimal supervision What's In It For You Standard schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Health, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D & Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match 9 paid holidays + PTO — accrual begins immediately Wellness program with premium incentives Support for continuing certifications Real opportunities for career growth at a company that promotes from within Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.
